中药分析方向

个人简介

张梅,博士,教授,博士生导师,成都中医药大学药学院中药化学系主任,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川省精品课程—《中药制剂分析》负责人。现任世界中医药学会联合会道地药材专委会常务理事,中华中医药学会中药分析分会常务委员,四川省分析测试学会色谱学委员会副主任委员。一直从事中药物质基础及中药质量控制与评价等方面的教学及科研工作,作为课题负责人及主研人员承担了国家自然科学基金及部省局级科研项目30余项,获得授权发明专利4项,作为主持人及第二主研获得四川省和成都市科技进步三等奖共3项。围绕以上研究工作在相关杂志及学术会议上公开发表及交流论文100余篇。作为主编、副主编及编委参与编写《当代药用植物典》系列专著及国家“十三·五”、“十二·五”、“十一·五”、“十·五”等规划教材及教参20余部。

研究领域涉及(1)中药物质基础及作用机制研究;(2)中药质量控制及评价方法研究;(3)中药分析新方法及新技术研究;(4)中药体内药物及其代谢产物分析,等。

近年来专注于防治糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy, DR)有效中药复方药效物质基础及作用机制的研究,获得5项国家自然基金项目及国家教育部、四川省科技厅等多项基金资助,在Sensors and Actuators B: ChemicalFood Chemistry (中科院1区)、Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical AnalysisMicrochemical Journal.International Journal of Nanomedicine(中科院2区)等期刊上以通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇。
